Tim Prudhoe is a Barrister (England & Wales, Bermuda and
the British Virgin Islands). He is also an Attorney (Turks & Caicos Islands).
Tim has 14 years experience in aspects of the practice in corporate and commercial law and has been based in offshore financial centres since 2000. A significant part of his practice involves regulatory and compliance-related issues. Tim is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, as well as being the Turks & Caicos Islands branch chairman of that organisation. In 2003 Tim co-founded his first corporate services provider and is ideally placed to understand and solve the challenges of providing a first class service from smaller jurisdictions to a global client base.
